We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Real Estate) to join our Property team in Bogotá, Colombia.

Properati is the business vertical of Lifull Connect in Latam. Created as a real estate portal in Argentina eight years ago, it currently operates in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay with thousands of monthly visits. Properati's mission is to empower our users to have the best path to their next home, through technological tools and relevant data. In parallel, we seek to help sellers to be more efficient and provide the best possible service to potential buyers.

What will your duties be?

  • Search of properties to contacts with purchase intention following the specifications and needs of the client.
  • Advice, mediation and management in transactions for the sale of new and used real estate.
  • Follow up on the marketing of new and used properties.
  • Provide the client with the required advice during the process of documentation, financing and contracts.
  • Manage and update management tools (CRM).
  • Comply with and maintain role management indicators.
  • Ensure the good reputation of the company aligned with corporate values.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Professional or student of last semesters in commercial, administrative, industrial engineering, business or related careers.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales of new and used properties.
  • Empathetic person with good negotiation skills which generated satisfactory agreements.
  • Adaptability and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Achievement oriented and work under pressure.
  • You manage English as a professional (this is an advantage).
