Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bangkok. You will be responsible for introducing our products and services to clients (Property Developers). Listen to their needs and create the best solutions possible. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team as well as a multinational company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and using social media channels.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to gather information and to gather their requirements. Analyze the clients’ needs and create the most competitive campaign or solutions.
  • Established a professional relationship with existing clients while actively searching for new ones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on CRM.
  • Work closely with internal parties e.g. Marketing, Technical, and Accounting Teams.

 


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar positions.
  • Good communication in both English and Thai.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.

 


It's a big plus if you have:

  • Previous experience in Property, Online, or Technology Business
  • Customer-centric Mindset.
  • History of consistently achieving sales targets.
